Grant
Subject to payment of the applicable fees and a valid license file, the
copyright holder grants the licensed organization a non-exclusive,
non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and run the
repave control plane (engine, portal, corpus image, and
optional operator) on clusters the organization controls, for the term in
the license file (pilot or annual).
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or sell the software except as this grant allows. You may not provide the software as a competing hosted service. You may not remove proprietary notices.
Access to the GitHub repository is not a license to run or redistribute the software. A paid license is not a source-code license unless a separate written agreement says so.
License file
Hosted installs must present a valid license file issued with the subscription. Local development without a hosted grant is for the copyright holder’s own use and is not a customer license.
No warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
Termination
The grant ends when the license file expires or if you materially breach these terms. On termination, stop using the software and delete copies you are not required to keep by law.
